Custom, engraved and/or oversized items require additional production time and may take 3-8 weeks to deliver depending on the modal. An Aloki Jewelry representative will contact you to provide accurate delivery time information.
Yes and yes. Many pieces can be engraved and we can do custom orders. For example, it may be possible to change the finish of an item you like or to cast it in a different metal. We understand the value of custom parts; therefore, items containing custom engraving cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects or quality issues.
